Due to the potential spread of COVID-19, Baltimore City Recreation and Parks will suspend all recreation programs, rentals, permitted events and recreation facility services until further notice. This action is effective immediately. Permit holders are encouraged to email email@example.com for guidance and assistance.

Baltimore City Recreation and Parks continues to collaborate with, and seek the guidance of, Centers for Disease Control (CDC), Maryland Department of Health (MDH) and Baltimore City Health Department (BCHD) regarding COVID-19. It is in the best interest of our residents and staff to suspend all recreation programs, rentals, permitted events and recreation facility services effective Monday, March 16 through March 27, 2020. The following Rec Centers will be serving food from 2PM-7PM, effective 3/16.
SUSPENDED (effective 3/16-3/27):
All 44 Recreation Centers
BCRP Public Aquatic Centers
H.P. Rawlings Conservatory
Cylburn Mansion & Vollmer Center
Carrie Murray Nature Center
Mimi DiPietro Ice Skating Center
Mt. Pleasant Ice Arena
William J. Myers Pavilion
Shake & Bake Family Fun Center
Upton Boxing Center
Baltimore Rowing & Water Resource Center
All Recreation Center Programming
Rentals: All BCRP facility rentals are canceled.
Permitted events: All permitted events are canceled.
BCRP Special Events: All special events are canceled
OPEN (effective 3/16-3/27):
Food Pick Up Locations at 40 Recreation Center locations. We have partnered with the Family League of Baltimore to provide meals to youth under the age of 18. No identification or proof of residence necessary.
Green Spaces: All BCRP parks, trails and outdoor athletic courts are open. Community members are encouraged to use our parks, but not to congregate and to follow public health guidelines.
